Dr. Tanya Zaghi is a highly experienced root canal specialist. She received her Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Davis. She then completed her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) at the highly regarded University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
She continued her studies at UCSF as one of the few residents accepted into the UCSF Endodontic Program where she completed her specialty training in Endodontics. She was involved in research studies investigating pain management and response of teeth to different stimuli. She has a long list of awards including the American Association of Endodontists Achievement Award and the Fracis A. Sooy Chancellor’s Cup. She strives for excellence and believes in treating her patients with the highest standard of care and expertise. She provides specialty endodontic care to patients requiring basic root canal treatment to the most difficult treatment cases. On her free time she enjoys reading root canal journals, snowboarding, swimming, and watching her kids’ sporting events.
